Two of the latter are included in the deal, one with a 0.8ohm coil and the other with a 1.2ohm coil, giving you choices right out of the box. A lanyard is also included and will come in handy when you are out and about. The refillable pods can be topped up with your preferred juice several times before the coils give up the ghost. You can then discard your pod and start using another. You won’t ever need to bother with changing your coils.
